Purchase and delivery

Prices

  • The prices of all products in the online store include the VAT.
  • The prices in the online store are identical to those in the physical store.
  • Domaće i fino d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notification.

The products can be ordered and purchased:

  • from the online store
  • by calling at: +385 (0)1 60 40 509 or fax at: +385 (0)1 60 40 530
  • by sending and e-mail message to:  prodaja@fino.hr
  • personally in the physical store (Kninski trg 7, Zagreb 10 000)

Working hours

Monday – Friday:  9 - 19 h, Saturday: 9 - 14 h, we are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

Delivery within Croatia

  • Zagreb

We use specialized delivery vehicles and we deliver the next working day (Monday – Saturday) at the latest from the moment of the receipt of the order for the following area: Zagreb (including Samobor, Zaprešić, Dugo Selo, Sesvete, Velika Gorica, Lučko).

Delivery period: working day 09 - 20 h; Saturdays 09 - 14 h.

Delivery charge:  Calculated according to the delivery area.

Zone 1: free of charge for orders over 100 HRK. For orders under 100 HRK the delivery charge is 30 kn.  

Zone 2: free of charge for orders over 300 HRK. For orders under  300 HRK the delivery charge is 40 kn.

 

There are no quantitative or weight restrictions.

 

  • Other parts of the Republic of Croatia

Please pay attention to your selection if you live outside the Zagreb area. Avoid temperature sensitive products, that is, those products that have to be kept at a particular temperature. The foodstuffs in question can be delivered only within particular delivery areas, as indicated on the website.

Delivery charge: for orders over 500 HRK – 0 HRK                     

                         for orders under 500 HRK – 40 HRK

The quantitative (weight) restriction for a single order outside of the delivery area is 20 kg, regardless of the price regarding the order. The delivery charge for deliveries above the mentioned restriction is 70 HRK.

LIGHT SHIPMENTS: delivery charge for packages the total weight of which is under 2 kg is 25 HRK.

We package our products in such a manner that they cannot be damaged through normal handling procedures.

Deliveries outside of the delivery area are made in cooperation with the company. After placing an order, the buyer will receive an e-mail from the delivery department regarding the expected time of delivery and the unique package number through which the buyer can check the status of the order.

Deliveries outside of the delivery area are made in cooperation with the   company. Deliveries for orders received on a working day by 2pm are made the following day (Monday-Friday), while orders received after 2pm are made within two working days. According to the above, deliveries for orders made on a Friday by 2pm hours are made on the following Monday at the earliest, while orders received on a Friday after 2pm are made on the following Tuesday, at the earliest

  • Islands

Deliveries to the islands are made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Due to the ferry service timetable constraints, it is necessary to place an order two days before the expected delivery date. For example, to have your ordered products delivered on a Friday to the island of Korčula or to the island of Hvar you have to place your order on the preceding Wednesday by 2pm.

International Shipping

Orders received on a working day by 12pm (Monday-Friday) are forwarded to the delivery department on the same day, while orders received after 12pm are forwarded to the delivery department within two working days. According to the above, deliveries for orders received on a Friday by 12pm are done on the same day, while deliveries for orders received on a Friday after 12pm are done on the following Monday at the latest.

Payment method

  • Cash on delivery: the ordered products are paid in cash on delivery/ purchase. This payment method is available only for the Republic of Croatia.
  • Wire transfer: recommended for physical persons /Internet banking, payment into the bank account at post offices, FINA offices). By choosing this method of payment, after ordering the selected products the buyer will receive an e-mail confirming the order. After the stated amount has been paid the buyer needs to send a receipt confirming payment by e-mail or fax so that the products could be delivered on time. *The buyer pays all transfer charges for international transfers. 
  • Transfer order: recommended for all legal persons who need a R1 receipt. By choosing this method of payment, after ordering the selected products the buyer will receive an e-mail confirming the order. Our team will, after the payment has been confirmed, deliver the products and issue a R1 receipt. After the stated amount has been paid the buyer needs to send by e-mail or fax a confirmation of payment so that the products could be delivered on time.* 
  • Credit/debit card payment on delivery: recommended for all physical and legal persons who use credit/debit cards. This method of payment is possible only within the Zagreb delivery area. We use our mobile POS system for payments. We accept MasterCard®, Maestro®, American Express, Visa, Visa Electron and Diners.
  • Credit/debit card payment through the online store: recommended for all physical and legal persons who use credit/debit cards on the Internet. The minimal amount for an order with this payment method is 55 HRK. Your payment is done online through the Raiffeisen Bank Austria e-ToMiTreba!! service. We accept MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa and Visa Electron.
    Depending on the type of the credit/debit card, it is necessary to submit the following information: credit/debit card details (card number, expiry date, e-mail address, three-digit security code, name and surname of the owner, address) and, depending on the bank and type of card, security code for payment token.
    Before purchasing online please check that your bank has verified your card for Internet transactions.
