     Registration

You do not have to be registered to buy from our online store. You can place your order as:

  • guest
  • registered user

If you are a guest you have to fill in your personal details during the ordering process. If you want to become a registered user you have to register by clicking on the Register button on the home page.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information during the registration process. Should there occur a change in the personal information submitted during the registration process the registered user can access his/her user account, edit the information and notify us as regards the changes.

A buyer can be any person of full age and capacity that accepts our Terms of Use.


Placing an order

Placing an order consists of four steps. The steps are necessary regardless of the payment method or form of delivery. The sequence is simple and straightforward and at any given stage you can return to the previous step if you encounter a problem.

In relation to purchasing foodstuffs the price of which is calculated according to weight, the buyer has the option of choosing the desired weight of the selected product if the product in question is available in the store on the day in question. The total price of the selected product is automatically displayed. There are no additional costs. If a given product is marked in the store as „unavailable“, the buyer has the option of „pre-ordering“ that product by filling in the pre-order form. The system will automatically notify the buyer as soon as the product in question becomes available.

Once your order is placed a message confirming the order is displayed and you will also receive an automated e-mail message. The deadline for delivery is the following working day at the latest for Croatia. The deadline for delivery for locations outside of Croatia is 1-5 working days, depending on the location.


Below is a detailed step by step explanation of the ordering process::

Step 1 – if you are not a registered user you can create your user account by clicking on the Register button. If you are a registered user you can log in with your e-mail and password. After logging in or registering you can proceed to the next step – creating your order.

By clicking on the button Continue you can proceed to the next step.

Step 2 – here you have to choose your preferred form of delivery and submit the appropriate details in relation to your order, method of payment and other useful comments or suggestions. To proceed to the following step you have to read the Terms of Use section and confirm by ticking the „I have read and agree with the Terms of Use“ box. By clicking on the Continue button you can proceed to the next step.

Step 3 – all the data concerning the order are displayed: method of payment, recipient details and buyer details, your shopping cart and other relevant information. By clicking on the Order button the order is confirmed and processed. *

Step 4after you have confirmed the order a message informing you that the order has been received will show on the screen. Also, you will receive the same message by e-mail, confirming the order and showing the order details.

By clicking on the Continue button you will return to the home page of our online store.
 

Payment method

  • Cash on delivery: the ordered products are paid in cash on delivery/ purchase. This payment method is available only for the Republic of Croatia.
  • Wire transfer: recommended for physical persons /Internet banking, payment into the bank account at post offices, FINA offices). By choosing this method of payment, after ordering the selected products the buyer will receive an e-mail confirming the order. After the stated amount has been paid the buyer needs to send a receipt confirming payment by e-mail or fax so that the products could be delivered on time. *The buyer pays all transfer charges for international transfers. 
  • Transfer order: recommended for all legal persons who need a R1 receipt. By choosing this method of payment, after ordering the selected products the buyer will receive an e-mail confirming the order. Our team will, after the payment has been confirmed, deliver the products and issue a R1 receipt. After the stated amount has been paid the buyer needs to send by e-mail or fax a confirmation of payment so that the products could be delivered on time.* 
  • Credit/debit card payment on delivery: recommended for all physical and legal persons who use credit/debit cards. This method of payment is possible only within the Zagreb delivery area. We use our mobile POS system for payments. We accept MasterCard®, Maestro®, American Express, Visa, Visa Electron and Diners.
  • Credit/debit card payment through the online store: recommended for all physical and legal persons who use credit/debit cards on the Internet. The minimal amount for an order with this payment method is 55 HRK. Your payment is done online through the Raiffeisen Bank Austria e-ToMiTreba!! service. We accept MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa and Visa Electron.
    Depending on the type of the credit/debit card, it is necessary to submit the following information: credit/debit card details (card number, expiry date, e-mail address, three-digit security code, name and surname of the owner, address) and, depending on the bank and type of card, security code for payment token.
    Before purchasing online please check that your bank has verified your card for Internet transactions.
