This Terms and Conditions Agreement for the Fino.hr online store determines the relationship between you as the buyer and the Domaće i fino d.o.o. as the seller.
Buyers can be all physical and legal persons. All persons of full age and capacity who accept the Terms of Use are considered as buyers.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information he or she submits during the registration process. Should there occur a change in the personal information submitted during the registration process the registered user can access his/her user account, edit the information and notify us as regards the changes.
Domaće i fino d.o.o. is obligated to conduct its business in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Domaće i fino d.o.o. is obligated to protect the personal information of the buyer and use the information exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual obligations in the context of the purchase in question. The buyer can access his/her user account at any given time and edit the general information as well as the login password.
Domaće i fino d.o.o. is obligated to deliver to the buyer all products according to the orders placed by the buyer through the online store and according to the information submitted by the buyer in his/her user account or during the order placing process.
Domaće i fino d.o.o. reserves the right to return the ordered products into circulation (payment on delivery) after 7 days from the moment of the receipt of the order if the buyer is not found at submitted address or is not available for any other reasons, that is, if the buyer does not collect the ordered products at the location Kninski trg 7, Zagreb.
Should it prove impossible to deliver the ordered products the Domaće i fino d.o.o. company is obligated to refund the buyer in the full amount of the money paid by the payer (buyer) in relation to the order in question within 7 days from the moment the payer (buyer) paid the amount in question into the company's bank account for the purpose of paying for the products in question. If the buyer/user cancels the order paid by his/her credit or debit card the Domaće i fino d.o.o. company is obligated to refund the buyer in the full amount of the transaction in question within 14 days of the moment of the receipt of the order minus 5%, which is the percentage credit card companies usually charge per transaction.
The buyer has the right to return the ordered products if the buyer has a reasonable complaint regarding the products in question. The buyer may exercise the above right by notifying the company by e-mail, phone or in writing within 24 hours from the moment of receiving the products in question. The buyer is obligated to keep the products in question and is also obligated to give the products in question to the company for inspection, otherwise the buyer's complaints regarding the products in question shall not be deemed valid. The following instances are considered as valid grounds for returning products to the Domaće i fino d.o.o. company:
It is forbidden to sell alcoholic products to persons under 18 years of age.

By visiting this website you agree to be bound by these terms. Domaće i fino d.o.o. is the only entity allowed to use the aforementioned photographs, images and content.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify or revise these Terms of Use at any time and is obligated to notify all registered users by e-mail regarding the amendments, modifications or revisions.
Any attempt to interfere with the system in an illegal manner will be reported to the appropriate legal authority. Furthermore, any attempt to falsify information and any use or attempted use of any form of fraudulent identification will be dealt with in the above described manner.
